I contacted 12 Stones because of a problem with my laptop, and he was courteous and professional through the entire process, and offered multiple solutions. He did exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with his work, and would recommend him to anyone. He's fair, honest, knowledgeable, and has earned a loyal customer in me, I will be going to him from now on, and if he can't get to me right away then I'll wait.

I gave Kent a call, explained my problem and he got me in same day! Within a few hours my laptop was fixed with all files restored and performing much faster. My computer would not turn on. Called 12 Stones Technologies and took it in the same day. He fixed and I picked it up the same day at a very reasonable price. He even advised me not to spend money on the computer as it was fairly old; that a new computer will be best. Will definitely return again I ever have another computer issue.

AWESOME SERVICE!!! I have been working with Kent Warden since 2019 he has always been professional and accessible. I have been working from home since March and have had some issues working remotely. It is June and I am still working from home and it is only because of the excellent support I receive from Kent. I can text him my issue and he will always get back to me and, if necessary, log onto my computer and take the time to see what is going on and take care of it. I work for a solo practitioner and I am the only support staff in the office and would not be able to do my job without Kent's support. He also monitors for updates, possible viruses and anything else pertaining to the maintenance of our computer system and for me, that is everything.
